The control of the weather

What would we all like to control the weekends in order to ensure ourselves of an impeccable temperature? Weather. It is a desire which haunt us inlassablement and pushes us to seek if that is possible. Researchers already tried to influence it but in vain, their techniques were not yet at point. They gave thereafter up this idea and concentrated more on the prediction of the weather phenomena. With their sensitive instruments of high precise details, they measurements variations of moisture, temperature, wind, rain, etc. It will think of it that if we invent a manner of changing the weather at will, our level of knowledge of the cloudy movements and other phenomena proceeding in the atmosphere would be surenchèré by it. But for that our study of the sky must still improve to reach this eccentric ideal. It is not completely unwise to think of it and early or late we will find the solution of it.
